United Blood Services will team up with Fenwal to induct Fulkerson at a ceremony to be held on October 29, at the main center located at

Fulkerson’s is one of 12 inspiring donation stories selected for the Fenwal 2010 Donation Hall of Fame. Blood centers across the country submitted nominations, and winners were chosen by Fenwal based on their demonstrated commitment and passion to donating blood and/or platelets. Fulkerson, along with the 11 other winners will be featured in the company’s 2011 product calendar.
Fulkerson is the first donor from United Blood Services New Mexico to be honored with the Fenwal award. To make the event more special, Albuquerque Mayor Richard Berry will designate October 29 as “Mike Fulkerson Day.”
