Conducted twice yearly, the Paisley National Directory Assistance Performance Index is a leading customer satisfaction survey for directory assistance.

  •  In the latest index, Qwest ranked No. 1 in all three of its applicable segments, including:

o        the local telecommunications carrier segment

 

o        the long-distance segment

 

o        the directory-assistance speech recognition segment
