DENVER, June 21, 2007 - Qwest Communications International Inc. (NYSE: Q) today announced that it has signed a three-year deal to provide a variety of communications services for Scribe Healthcare Technologies' headquarters in Chicago.

Qwest will provide Scribe Healthcare with long-distance and toll-free communications services, and Scribe will use Qwest Web Hosting services at the Qwest state-of-the-art CyberCenter facility in Chicago, giving the company a more secure and disaster-resilient environment for the organization's crucial information. Scribe also has chosen to back up its critical customer information in Qwest's Denver CyberCenter.

Qwest services will provide a robust and secure environment for Scribe's computing infrastructure and will offer Scribe nearly limitless data hosting capacity for the company's 15,000 ? and growing rapidly ? users, comprising physicians, clinicians, administrative personnel and transcriptionists.
