DENVER, April 15, 2008Qwest Communications International Inc. (NYSE: Q) announced today that it received seven PilotHouse Awards from Nemertes Research Group, including Best Overall Carrier Performance in the industry, an award ranking the overall customer experience for business customers. 

Qwest also received top honors for MPLS and Ethernet customer service in the following categories:

The PilotHouse Awards rank service providers based on business customer ratings from more than 600 telecom decision-makers.

The objective of the Nemertes Advanced Communications Services research project is to ascertain how well service providers are performing in the eyes of their U.S.-based local and international business customers. Nemertes asked participants to rate their primary and secondary carriers, as well as their MPLS and Ethernet providers.
