Qwest Communications today announced it has secured a three-year, $60 million sales contract with an undisclosed major carrier. Under the terms of the agreement, Qwest will provide the customer DS3, OC3 and OC12 capacity on the nationwide Qwest Macro CapacitySM Fiber Network.
