(NYSE: Q) today announced its long-distance calling plan, Qwest® Plan Latino, now offers a flat rate of five cents-per-minute to Mexico, as well as reduced rates to select Latin American countries. As part of the robust lineup of Hispanic tailored products and services, Qwest Plan Latino is available for only $3.25 per month when added to any Qwest domestic long distance plan.

The new offer represents a reduction of original Plan Latino flat rates of seven cents-per-minute and $5.99 per month price. Plan Latino is not bundle eligible and the per-minute rate only applies to calls made to landline phones.
