Denver, March 5, 2007 - Qwest Communications International Inc. (NYSE: Q) today announced a new opportunity for agents - the select business partner level, designed to make it easier for more partners to enjoy the benefits of the Qwest Business Partner Program (QBPP).
QBPP is an industry-leading sales channel within Qwest that provides sales and sales support to a nationwide network of partners and sub-agents who sell Qwest's high-quality voice, data and IP services to businesses of all sizes.
The new partner level requires a minimum commitment of $50,000 in monthly billed revenue. Agents who join at the select business partner level will get support from Qwest's pre- and post-sales teams and enjoy such benefits as a competitive commission structure and customizable marketing and demand generation materials.
The new select business partner category is part of a continuum of memberships in QBPP; partners at higher levels of the continuum have access to additional resources and support.
With the new level, QBPP offers four levels of membership in its program:
- Authorized business partner - $25,000 in monthly billed revenue
- Select business partner - $50,000 in monthly billed revenue
- Master business partner - $100,000 in monthly billed revenue
- Premier master business partner - QBPP partners who achieve $500,000 in monthly billed revenue may be eligible for premier master status
