  • Qwest Choice International- The Qwest Choice International plan offers competitively low country-specific rates, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Qwest Choice International is ideal for the consumer who makes lots of international calls each month.
  • Qwest Choice 10 Cents to Mexico plan - This Qwest Choice International savings plan is designed to meet the needs of residential customers who make a substantial amount of long-distance calls to Mexico. The plan allows customers to call anywhere in Mexico, any day of the week, at any time for only 10 cents per minute with a low rate of $4 per month. In addition, customers automatically receive competitive rates to 20 Latin American and Caribbean calling destinations.
