DENVER, Dec. 14, 2007 — Qwest Communications International Inc. (NYSE:Q) today announced that Draftfcb of Chicago has been selected as a strategic partner and agency of record for Qwest’s consumer advertising programs.
The decision follows an extensive account review. In partnership with Qwest, Draftfcb will lead the company’s consumer advertising and execution of Qwest’s go-to-market strategy.

Qwest’s existing partners for small and large business, online advertising, events, Hispanic marketing and advertising, sponsorships and direct marketing are not impacted by this award.
