An immediate priority for Qwest and Foote, Cone & Belding is to develop a comprehensive, benefits-driven advertising campaign, comprising broadcast, print and direct mail. The campaign will introduce Qwest?s re-entry into long-distance within its 14-state local service region and how it will make Qwest customers? lives simpler while saving them money.
