DENVER, July 15, 2005 ? Qwest Communications International Inc. (NYSE: Q) announced the resignation of Thomas J. Donohue as a director of the company, effective July 11. Mr. Donohue is currently the president and CEO of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and has served as a Qwest director since 2001.
