DENVER, January 10, 2005 ? Qwest Communications International Inc. (NYSE: Q) today announced new e-billing services for frame relay and asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) services, allowing business customers to manage and view all their local services using Qwest Control. Qwest Control is Qwest?s Web-based self-service and management tool.

With the new enhancements to Qwest Control, business customers can pay their bills online, generate service summary reports and view up to six months of billing history. To help customers understand and manage their telecom spending, Qwest Control also added the capability to download billing records and customer service records into simple text files for local services.

?We?re polling customers everyday to gather their feedback to ensure we?re upgrading and enhancing our customer service tools to make them as effective and user-friendly as possible,? said Margot Tekavec, vice president of sales operations for Qwest. ?The Spirit of Service lies in ensuring that customers have their needs met on their terms ? person-to-person or via the Web. With Qwest Control, we?ve given them the option to manage their accounts on their own time, online.?

Qwest Control also allows customers to receive automatic notification of network issues, contact their sales representatives and submit repair tickets. Qwest has also launched iQ Networking? management tools in Qwest Control for customers that have implemented Qwest?s unique wide area networking (WAN) solution.
