The failure of a chilled water pipe on Aug. 27, 2015, at CenturyLink’s NJ2 data center, was repaired and temperatures in the facility were restored as of 6 a.m. EST on Aug. 28, 2015. We promptly notified customers, extended our sincere apology for the inconvenience and continue to provide regular updates to customers. We recognize that some customers had significant work to do to bring their systems back online.
