LMS will run its business applications using SAVVIS’ utility storage and blade servers, as well as associated virtualised switches, load balancers and firewalls. These utility services provide LMS with a flexible, scalable infrastructure that maximises cost-savings by leveraging economies of scale and matching capacity to demand. LMS will also use SAVVIS’ global Tier-1 network to connect to over 50 business partners throughout the United Kingdom.
