Customers with whom Qwest has recently formed new agreements for service include:

On November 3, 2003, Qwest announced that hundreds of thousands of mid-market companies, large businesses and government agencies in Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington and Wyoming would be able to take advantage of the business-class services that Qwest offered to businesses across the rest U.S. In December, Qwest received approval to provide services to businesses in Arizona.
