PASADENA, Calif., Nov. 24, 2008 — With plans to expand into all major U.S. markets in the next few years, Done Right!® (, a leading provider of online and print directories for home care and home improvement, looked to Qwest Communications (NYSE: Q) for the advanced voice, data and hosting solutions they’d need to make those plans a reality.

Based in Pasadena, Calif., Done Right! is in 38 major U.S. markets, having added 33 in 2007 alone. The company also distributes print directories in Denver, San Diego, Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, Chicago and Los Angeles. Done Right!’s directories connect customers with local home care professionals who have been screened and professionally reviewed by the company. This fast-growing business needed to centralize its long-distance services and chose Qwest's VoIP solution.

“We hold our technology providers to the same high standards we demand of the businesses in our directories,” said Done Right!’s CEO, Paul Ryan. “Using VoIP, Qwest surpassed our expectations by delivering the more robust network we need today, and a cost-effective, scalable solution to grow with us.”

VoIP transmits voice conversations over a data network using Internet protocol. This solution gives businesses like Done Right! the benefits of traditional voice, saving costs and increasing efficiency by combining voice and data on one connection delivered over the public Internet. The Internet, as a voice infrastructure, replaces expensive and inflexible leased lines and private networks with a low-cost, ubiquitous infrastructure.

“Qwest has the world-class services and technical expertise to design business solutions that support both a customer’s immediate needs while anticipating future demand,” said Teresa Taylor, executive vice president, Qwest Business Markets Group. “That’s a critical combination for an online directory business like Done Right!, or any fast-growing company.”

The network Qwest designed for Done Right! uses a six-megabits-per-second Internet circuit to deliver Done Right!’s long-distance voice traffic. Also as part of its solution, Qwest is providing them with hosting through its Highlands Ranch, Colo., CyberCenter under the multi-year contract.
