Earlier in the year, CenturyLink High-Speed Internet (HSI) service was expanded to three sites in the Walnut Cove area expanding the service to the communities of Salem Road, Red Bank Road, Hill top Drive, Treemont, Kiger Road, Bitter Sweet Drive, Jeremy Lane, Danny Lane, Oak Hollow Drive, and along Highway 65 from Countryview Drive and Memorial Church Road to Plant Street, MapleTerrace, South Main Street, and Old Depot Road. Further expansion provided HSI to the Collins, Puckett Road, and Aarons Corner areas as well.
