As Chief Marketing Officer, Gaurav is responsible for the company's marketing strategy, marketing communications, brand and customer experience. He also is responsible for the company’s digital ecosystem which involves digital engagement with the customers, from buying solutions to obtaining support and automated services for provisioning.
A dynamic and passionate leader, Gaurav has held marketing executive roles since 1996 and has extensive experience creating enterprise marketing strategies to grow revenue. Throughout his career, Gaurav has continually pushed the boundaries combining both the art and science of marketing, to deliver the best possible outcomes for customers and the business.
Before joining CenturyLink, Gaurav served as the Global Senior Vice President, Marketing - Infrastructure Solutions group for Dell EMC, where he led a team responsible for architecting the marketing strategy for a multi-billion-dollar enterprise solutions portfolio and was the global marketing leader for the Dell & EMC integration – the largest of its kind in tech history.
Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Fergusson College in Pune, India, and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
