ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – CenturyLink, Inc. (NYSE: CTL) today announced the opening of a new CenturyLink retail store at 4411 San Mateo Blvd. NE, Suite E6, in Albuquerque. Residents and small business owners can test drive new CenturyLink products and services now available to area customers, including business solutions such as Managed Office.
The store is designed to enhance the customer experience by providing the opportunity to demo CenturyLink products for homes and businesses. Customers can move around the store to learn about broadband offerings, wireless phone bundling options through Verizon Wireless and satellite television bundling options through DIRECTV.
“We’ve been very busy deploying new products and services for our Albuquerque customers. Now it’s time to show our customers how they work and how they can benefit their lives and businesses,” said Valerie Dodd, CenturyLink’s vice president of operations for New Mexico. “Customers and business owners who visit our store can also speak in-person with a representative about their bill and service options.”
Customers are encouraged to stop by during store hours to learn more about the products and services offered and to receive a free in-person account review. Store hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
CenturyLink will host a grand opening celebration at the new store from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Jan. 22. CenturyLink executives, local city officials and members of the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce will be on hand to offer a few remarks and assist in a ribbon cutting.
