DENVER – Nov. 2, 2010 – Over the past five years, hundreds of teachers in Colorado have found innovative ways to improve students’ success by bringing new, relevant technology to their classrooms as a result of $700,000 in awards from the Qwest Foundation through the Qwest Teachers & Technology grant program.
To continue these high-tech triumphs, the Qwest Foundation, in partnership with the Public Education and Business Coalition (PEBC), announced that Colorado teachers can apply for a share of $150,000 in grants to fund technology-related classroom projects for the 2011-2012 school year.
