(NYSE: Q) earned best-in-class honors from wholesale customers using metro services in a survey conducted by ATLANTIC-ACM, a research consultancy serving the telecommunications and information industries. The survey results are detailed in ATLANTIC-ACM's 2008 Metro Carrier Excellence Awards.
Surveyed customers rated Qwest® Wholesale Markets billing best-in-class for flexibility, accuracy, timeliness, clarity, and ability to resolve disputes. Last month, Qwest announced that its Business Markets Group also took top billing honors in the ATLANTIC-ACM 2008 Business Telecom Services Carrier Report Card. Qwest Wholesale Markets also tied for first in the performance of its network and ability to meet service-level agreements.
