Nemertes Research is a research-advisory firm that specializes in analyzing and quantifying business value of emerging technologies.
- The 2009 PilotHouse Awards ranked service providers based on business customer survey ratings from nearly 1,400 telecom decision-makers. Surveyed customers ranked Qwest highest overall for carrier Ethernet services, highest overall in Ethernet services v service.
- The survey results are detailed in Nemertes Research’s PilotHouse Awards – Top Providers: Ethernet Services 2009, which was released on Nov. 2.
