Customers Rank Qwest Business Markets No. 1 in Atlantic-ACM Report
DENVER, Sept. 23, 2008 - Qwest Communications International Inc. (NYSE: Q) earned best-in-class honors from enterprise and small-medium business customers using metro services in a survey conducted by ATLANTIC-ACM, a research consultancy serving the telecommunications and information industries. The survey results are detailed in ATLANTIC-ACM's 2008 Business Telecom Services Carrier Report Card.
Surveyed customers gave Qwest’s sales representatives the highest rating for their knowledge, expertise, consultative abilities, level of professionalism, responsiveness, integrity, credibility and trust. Customers also rated Qwest® Business Markets first among incumbent carriers in the billing category for its flexibility, accuracy, timeliness, clarity, and ability to resolve disputes; earning Qwest two Business Telecom Services Excellence awards.
