EMBARQ(R) Business RescueIT(SM) provides support on a wide range of computer problems, including hardware, software, security and virus issues. In addition to troubleshooting and repair, the service also offers PC tune-ups and one-call customer service using computer support staff based in the U.S.

There are several key advantages of EMBARQ(R) Business RescueIT(SM) versus other business computer support services, including straightforward pricing, one-call comprehensive computer support services, the ability of EMBARQ(R) staff to ensure that the problem isn't being caused by a network issue, and the convenience of one bill to process.

There are two levels of EMBARQ(R) Business RescueIT(SM) service to meet business computer support needs: Monthly Support Subscription and Pay As You Go service.

Monthly Subscription

Offered in six- and 12-month packages, the Monthly Support Subscription service provides businesses with prioritized phone computer support service, quick diagnostic and recommendation and unlimited access to remote support technicians. The Monthly Support Subscription also offers basic PC security set-up, free PC tune-ups and discounted on-site support as needed.

The EMBARQ(R) Business RescueIT(SM) 12-month subscription is $25 per month for the first PC and $15 for each additional PC per month.

The EMBARQ(R) Business RescueIT(SM) six-month subscription is $29 per month for the first PC and $19 for each additional PC per month.

Pay As You Go

Businesses can also utilize EMBARQ(R) Business RescueIT(SM) as needed through the Pay As You Go option. Pay As You Go service offers many of the same features as the monthly subscription, including one convenient number for all PC repair needs, quick diagnostic and recommendation, and basic support services. The Pay As You Go option also offers complex support services.

The EMBARQ(R) Business RescueIT(SM) Pay As You Go service is $99 per incident for telephone support and $150 per hour for on-site service.

EMBARQ(R) Business RescueIT(SM) customers with a six-month subscription will be charged a flat rate of $135 per hour for on-site service, while 12-month subscription customers will be charged $125 per hour for on-site service.
